Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and GTO Reps for using the app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.

What the app is

GTO Reps is a training tool for practising preflop decisions in no-limit hold’em. It is not a gambling service: you cannot play for money or win anything in it. Its strategies come from a solver that models the game with simplifications, which the app lists alongside each game. They are a study aid, not a guarantee of the best play.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or over.
  • Use an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
  • An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Fair use

You agree not to:

  • copy, publish, sell or share the app’s charts and solutions in bulk;
  • scrape the app, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows;
  • interfere with the service, or try to reach other people’s data;
  • use it while playing real money poker where the site or venue forbids outside help. Most online poker sites ban real-time assistance tools; following their rules is up to you.

Your data and our content

Your training history is yours: you can download or delete it at any time, as the privacy policy describes. The app, its solutions, charts and design belong to GTO Reps. You may use them for your own study.

Paid plans

Parts of the app may need a paid plan. The price, what it includes, how it renews and how to cancel are shown before you pay, and apply alongside these terms. If you live in the EU you keep your statutory consumer rights, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.

No guarantees

We work to keep the app accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and it can contain mistakes or be unavailable at times. Studying with it does not guarantee results at the table. Poker involves risk: only ever play with money you can afford to lose, and if gambling stops being fun, contact a gambling support service in your country.

Liability

We are not liable for losses at poker, or for indirect losses from using the app. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we give account holders notice and time to download their data first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a change that matters, we tell account holders by email before it applies. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and can bring a claim there.
